FV Drill Conductor Drills Cards

AMSEA's Drill Conductor courses are U.S. Coast Guard-approved and recommended for captains and crew serving on any commercial vessel. The courses meet the training requirements for commercial fishermen operating on documented vessels beyond the Boundary Line.

Everyone who successfully completes these courses is issued a Drills Card that serves as proof of compliance with USCG training requirements. The cards currently are valid in perpetuity.

Lost Your Drills Card?

If you have already completed an AMSEA Drill Conductor course but lost your Drills Card, replacement cards may be obtained from AMSEA for a $10.00 fee. Please call 907-747-3287 to order a replacement drills card.

Please have ready as much of the following information as possible:

• Approximate course date
• Course location (city)
• Instructor's name
• Your name at the time the course was taken (if it's changed)
• Means of payment - Visa and MasterCard accepted

Note: AMSEA can only produce documentation of Drill Conductor course completion for individuals who took courses from AMSEA or AMSEA-trained instructors. If you took Drill Conductor training with an unaffiliated organization or instructor, AMSEA has no record of your training.
