Other ResourcesInstructors who teach AMSEA Drill Conductor courses issue the students who successfully complete those courses a Drills Card that serves as proof of compliance with USCG training requirements for fishing vessels that fish outside the Boundary Line. The cards currently are valid in perpetuity. Your former students who lose their Drills Cards may be directed to AMSEA for replacements. See our Drills Card page for additional information.
