Why does AMSEA have a membership?

As a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization, AMSEA relies on grants, private donations, training contracts, and memberships for funding.

Who belongs to AMSEA?

AMSEA members include all types of individuals and organizations that support AMSEA's goal of reducing injury and death in the marine and freshwater environment. Members include recreational boaters, commercial fishermen, marine safety instructors, private businesses and government agencies.
