Registration Process
Registering for AMSEA's Marine Safety Instructor or Commercial Fishing Vessel Instructor Training is a three-step process.
STEP 1: Complete and submit a registration form.
A registration form may be completed online. After completing STEP 1 online, you will be guided through also completing STEP 2 and STEP 3 online.
If you prefer to mail or fax your registration to AMSEA, you may download a printable registration form.
STEP 2: Take the required pre-course test.
This test may be completed online. It will open in a new tab or window in your browser. After completing STEP 2 and submiting your answers, close that tab or window and continue to STEP 3.

STEP 3: Complete the required web exercise.
This is a web-based exercise; it must be completed online.
