FishSAC Meeting Nov. 15 & 16 in Seattle

Yesterday, the U.S. Coast Guard announced that the Commercial Fishing Safety Advisory Committee will meet in Seattle, Thursday, November 15 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, November 16, 2018 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., to discuss various issues relating to safety in the commercial fishing industry. The meeting is open to the public and may close early if all business is finished. You can check out the agenda in the official announcement in the Federal Register.

The Committee will meet at the United States Federal Center South, 4735 East Marginal Way South, Seattle, Washington, 98134. Comments and supporting documentation may be submitted in advance through Nov. 7, 2018. Comments received will be posted without alteration, including any personal information provided, at http://www.regulations.gov. Include “Department of Homeland Security” and the docket number USCG-2018-0878.
